Ok i have a first date on saturday night any tips anyone!

Take the time to know eachother. But dont overdo it because, remember..its the first date.
Smile, laugh…be yourself. That way if she does like you, she likes you for you.
Dont overanalyze every little detail.
Dress up nice, appropriate for wherever you are going. Wear cologne…girls like this. Show her that you are a nice guy. Probably go on a date thats fun to take off the tension a little bit.

make sure YOU think you look gorgeous
to give you a bit of confidence
or have a sneeky drink before you go to calm you’re nerves!

Tips for first date with an older guy?
K so I’m going on a date with this guy, Chris and he is 26 while I myself am 18. So I was wondering if you all had any dating tips so that he won’t think I’m some immature, barely legal teen. I already confessed I watch Gossip Girl and the Hills religiously and I don’t think he was too impressed by that. And for our first date he wants to go to dinner and a movie so its gonna a ton of talking. And I’m an intolerably slow eater. Eeek! Help please I really wanna impress this older guy!

What type of movie is he taking you to see? Find out, as you can learn a lot about his interests from that movie. If it’s political-satire, he’d sound like an educated, serious sort of fellow who stays up on election nights to find out who won. If it’s comedy, perhaps he’s more laid back in his free time and enjoys humour, etc. Same with other genres.
Also, what sort of place is he taking you out to eat? Casual or smart? A lot can be learned from that too.
In general though, guys love talking about their opinions on things, so ask him about for his opinions. Music tastes, travel places, etc. Try avoid work talk, but do ask him what he does for a living and if he enjoys it. Ask about him, what sort of other stuf fhe enjoys, what he does in his free time, what he thinks about the Yankees, or Arsenal FC or whatever big sports club it is, in whatever country you’re from.
Above all, keep it casual and make sure he treats you right.

Im going on a non official date next week with the guy i like and i was wondering if you guys had any tips for me….its my first date EVER lol and im freakin out! Also he has tried to kiss me before but we got interupted and i was wondering if you guys knew any signs that i could give him to get him to try again….i dont really want to innitiate it :P….but i will if i have to haha! Be funny and make sure to laugh. Wear nice clothes and dress cute. Also make lots of eye contact and be VERY flirty. Plus, talk about stuff you like and try your best to know him better. Follow these tips, and your first date will be fun. Also, the first date isn’t a good time to get a kiss.

I’m going to this movie with a junior that I really like and Im only a freshman and I can’t drive so she’s going to pick me. We’ve spent time together before and are comfortable with touching one another.
