how do you tell a girl you like her?
This girl I like has just gotten out of a relationship. I have been told by a couple friends who know the both of us that she has feelings for me, but needs a little time before committing to anything since she just got out of a relationship.
How long should I wait to tell her I have feelings for her after she and her boyfriend broke up?
And how should I go about letting her know? Do I flat out tell her or do actions speak louder than words in this situation?

Let your friends be your wings on when to properly ask her.
Just do something small like give her flowers and a note that says she’s beautiful.
Make her feel special.
