James asks…
How to get those stubborn fuzzy pulls out of your clothes?
How do you get those fuzzy pulls out of your clothes that are in between the legs of your pants, shorts ects.?

Dean answers:
They make little shaver machines just for this purpose!
Like the first person said disposable razors do work, but I am always afraid of ruining my clothes, I have been able to find the fuzz shavers even at the dollar store (although those ones don’t work quite as well as the five dollars variety at home stores)
They have a cover to protect the clothing and a little bin to catch all the fuzz so it is easy to clean up. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Robert asks…
How would I get rid of white fuzzy mold surrounding my dishwasher?
I opened up my dishwasher & found many black spots on one side of the front panel, then noticed white fuzzy mold all around the perimeter of the machine. Does this mean there is a leak somewhere behind the dishwasher? Thank you for your response.

Dean answers:
Clean it in phases. Wipe it off, chip at it for awhile, then, Use WD-40 or similar product that removes water deposits. If its a real slow leak, then water deposits are stopping the hole. After cleaning, keep an eye on it for your next decision after a wash.

Joseph asks…
How do i cure my turtle from Fuzzy white stuff?
I like, i forgot to clean the turtle’s tank, so hes starting to grow fuzzy stuff. How can i get rid of it? Where are some places that sell the medicine?
I live in Diamond Bar, if you want to know.
I cleaned the turtle with a gentle toothbrush, but what kind of soap do i use?

Dean answers:
A pet store perhaps.

Steven asks…
How do I get rid of the fuzzy sounds from songs downloaded from the iTunes store?
The songs seem to be fuzzy only when the piano is played.
The songs were sampled on iTunes, not bought yet.
The songs are classical pieces like Fur Elise.

Dean answers:
There should be a settings option in tools. Set your songs bitrate to 192kb/s or higher (note that the higher you make it the slower your PC can run). Also if that doesn’t work set your equalizer settings to default as you can accidently slide the bar off the center without even realising it..

Michael asks…
How do i get rid of the fuzzy background noise when recording a video using a digital camera?
I record videos with a digital camera because that is all I could afford. But how can I get rid of the fuzzy background noise in the video easily? Like using WMV for example.
Thanks.

Dean answers:
Do you mean digital noise on the video part, as in grain? Then you need to fix the lighting situation before you start filming.
If you have enough light, you won’t have the noise.
Do you mean noise as in audio?
If your camera lets you do this, you could get a decent external mic that doesn’t record every noise the camera (or your hands on it) makes.
In software, look for noise suppression settings.

William asks…
How do you get rid of the fuzzy noise in the background when recording videos?
I’m using Canon HV30 camcorder. Is there any way to get rid of the fuzzy sound? Do I need to do some video editing? If so, how can I do it on Windows Movie Maker?

Dean answers:
“Fuzzy noise”? What are you recording? Was the tape new or previously used?
Is the audio you are recording REALLY LOUD? If so, you need to reduce the mic gain… Drop into manual audio control and the audio level meters will appear on the LCD paneal on the camcorder. Adjust the audio levels so they are at about 3/4 most of the time and only rarely peak beyond that.
If that audio is already recorded, there is likely nothing that will fix it. Does it sound “fuzzy” when played back in the camcorder or when played back with the camcorder connected to a TV?
If the audio you are recording is at “normal” levels and has the “fuzzy sound”, then there is something wrong with the camcorder and it needs repair.
The HV30 is a HDV format, high definition, miniDV tape based, camcorder. Your computer will need a firewire port to import the HDV video.
If you want to downsample to DV, then MovieMaker can deal with that non-HD video but any video you do with this later in the process with this downsampled video will be no better than standard definition.
If you want the final output to be high definition, you have to stay in HD and not downsample. You will also need an editor that can deal with HDV format video. There is no version of Windows XP + MovieMaker that can deal with HDV and only a couple of combinations of Vista + MovieMaker that can.

Chris asks…
How do you get rid of the fuzzy things in a picture?
Like I have pictures from a concert, and I didn’t use flash, and they are actually decent pictures, but they have this fuzzy stuff all over it. How do I get rid of that? I have a photo editing program, what would I need to do to get rid of them? Or is there like no way?

Dean answers:
