Why does my girlfriend experience sudden, intense hunger at random times?
She wakes up ravenously hungry every day. She often gets up in the middle of the night as well because she NEEDS to eat. The hunger doesn’t seem to be related to how much she’s eaten during the day. She has a healthy appetite and will eat good sized meals along with plenty of snacks. If she doesn’t get fed she starts to get really crabby and lethargic. She is average build and quite healthy. I am worried that the hunger is a sign of an underlying problem.

Very intense hunger pangs often aren’t hunger at all, but thirst. Is she drinking enough water? Could be she’s taking on too many carbs and not enough protein, which is causing blood sugar spikes and consequently insulin response which will make her feel hungry and tired.

Even if u did hire an escort, it’d be fake exp, they’re paid to be ur gf and you could also end up having sex since they look hot but thats up to you. U shuold just tell her what you want if u do end up hiring one.
