Well most girls hate pickup lines. But not me. If a guy uses a pickup line on me (especially a really cheesy one), I’d immediately get on my hands and knees and like beg him to marry me. I have no idea why, but I just LOVE them! I think it’s so cute. Like the guy is trying so hard to get my attention but they don’t know how. Hahah. But I agree with the person before me that a compliment would work much better. (:

Yes, some girls would “fall” for pick-up lines, I know. But why not just be yourself, rather than build yourself up to say something you’ve “made up” and is not necessarily what you’re about? You don’t need pick-up lines to “catch” a girl. She may actually be much more impressed by you just talking to her normally and casually. Pretence doesn’t help much in a relationship in the end. It may start one, and then it comes crashing down to earth when the “warts” come out. All this “pick-up lines” makes me think of rutting seasons in animals!

Girls can answer this too, I know how I do it. I’m just interested to see what measures people take to meet other people, and start dating and stuff. I realized recently that all my girlfriends, have been someone that I’ve known for a whlie first. I think that sort of ruins the relationship though, because that means you have to skip over all the getting to know eachother stuff, there’s no suspence, I guess, and then you have the same friends and stuff, I’m not sure but I think that method is lame. I’m just wondering what do people do at clubs, like do you seriously approach a stranger and start dancing with them, and not get accused of sexual harrassment? Or…like do people actually use pick up lines? lol just put anything you want relavent to the topic, just curious. Never casually dated, only seen it on tv.

PLEASE don’t use Have I seen you somewhere before? LOL….just be yourself….introduce yourself..make eye contact at all times while talking to her……..if she doesn’t make eye contact alot she isn’t for you…….don’t be someone you are not just to get the girl….your true self comes out anyways in time…….LAUGH..SMILE……alot

Pick up lines are tricky because they rarely work. If you can make a girl laugh with one you might be able to break the ice with it, but it’s difficult to pull off. Sincerity in your interest helps, but that’s why pick up lines don’t work very well. Girls like to know that you truly find them special and that’s hard to do when you feed them a line you have probably fed many a lady. I listed some that seem clever or funny but again, it’s probably best that you use a different strategy. Just sayin…..
